Eleksyon 2025: These celebrities are running for elective positions

The elections is truly upon us as the period for the filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) began on Tuesday October1. According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), a total of 18,280 elective posts will be up for grabs for the 2025 Philippine election. Day 1 saw a total of 3,259 aspirants filing their COCs, including Senator Francis Tolentino for reelection, Nancy Binay for Makati Mayor, and former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for reelection as Pampanga rep.
