The Netflix show will give a more depth than any other show in the series, according to its director. The Netflix Original documentary will be available in April 2025 and will show the events of the 2024 season.
The series will return for its second edition after the success of the first season, which was released in January. Revealing the details of the upcoming second season, director Tim Mullen said the episodes have more access than previous shows covering the series. “NASCAR has had plenty of inside-access shows before.

So I think that allows you more access with the drivers, with their families, with their teams. “After watching the first season, it was much easier to have those conversations about being inside the driver meets, where they were worried we’d be giving away their secrets and stuff like that. “There’s a level of trust being built there, and it’s not like they have the first rights to watch it and say, “Hey! Please remove that.
” We want to do seasons three, four, and five, so the last thing we want is to upset anyone. We’re all on the same page here. We want to broaden the NASCAR audience.
” The upcoming season will consist of five episodes, approximately 45 minutes long and will reportedly featured interviews with the majority of the drivers involved in the first season, including Cup Series champion Joey Logano , William Byron , Denny Hamlin , Kyle Larson and Tyler Reddick . Mullen explained the delayed release date, blaming the platform’s busy schedule. “The Netflix schedule is a little bit thicker this time in February, so the next iteration of the show, season two, will drop in April,” he said.
