Read More Pooja Hegde and Varun Dhawan are all set to share the screen space for the first time in the upcoming romantic comedy film titled Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. Directed by David Dhawan, the shooting for the project has been going on in full swing, with both actors often sharing snippets from their fun BTS moments. Most recently, the actress took to social media and dropped another hilarious video with Varun, wherein she mentioned her co-star as the ‘Most wanted actor in Bollywood’.

Apart from Pooja and Varun, the film also boasts an ensemble cast including Maniesh Paul, Jimmy Shergill, Mouni Roy, Chunky Panday, Rakesh Bedi and Ali Asgar. “A lot of combination scenes featuring the ensemble will be filmed in Scotland, leading to the signature madness and confusion that David Dhawan’s comedies are known for," the source added. Apart from this, Pooja will be next seen in the period action thriller film Retro opposite South star Suriya.
Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, the film is slated to hit the big screens on May 1. Apart from that, she also has Rajinikanth’s Coolie and Thalapathy Vijay’s next, Jana Nayagan. Varun, on the other hand, also has Border 2, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari and Bhediya 2 in his kitty.
