A “danger level” heat index is expected in 17 areas on Wednesday, April 30, PAGASA said in its latest forecast. According to the state weather bureau’s 5 p.m.
April 29 bulletin, the synoptic stations in the following areas will measure a 42°C-47°C heat index, classified as danger level: 47°C 46°C 43°C 42°C PAGASA also advised the public to limit the time outside, drink lots of water, and use umbrella or wear a hat to protect oneself from the heat.
