Friday's thunderstorm risk extends nearly 2,000 km from Texas to Ontario!

Temperatures may be on the rise in Ontario on Friday, but so are the chances of overnight thunderstorms across parts of the province. We're looking at the possibility of parts of Ontario being warmer than Los Angeles on Friday, which will give the Easter long weekend a deceptively pleasant start for some. But with the quickly rising temperatures comes the increasing risk of thunderstorms as the warm, moist airmass increases instability in the atmosphere.

Further north in Toronto, we're looking at a more comfortable late spring-like high of 15°C.
