21-year-old man shot multiple times in Syracuse, police say

com Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was found shot in his leg and arm Thursday evening in Syracuse, police said.



This is the third shooting in the city this week. Police were alerted to a shots-fired call in the 100 block of Otisco Street at about 5:02 p.m.

, according to Kieran Coffey, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department. They learned a 21-year-old man had been shot multiple times, but was taken to the 300 block of Kellogg Street, he said. A 21-year-old shot in his leg and arm was found by police in the 300 block of Kellogg St.

This is the third shooting this week in the city. On Wednesday, a 61-year-old was fatally shot near Armory Square . Another man was shot and killed Wednesday night on the North Side of Syracuse.
