following a tip from a concerned citizen. Two M16 rifles and a shotgun were recovered from the scene, according to the police. "Initial investigation disclosed that the victims had a firefight with the unidentified suspects near the house of Barangay Kagawad Cleve Dumaguing from Biga Tribe," the police report read.



"The firefight continued until the victims moved towards north direction where they were shot," it added. The case was turned over to the provincial forensic unit for further crime scene processing, the police said. — VDV, GMA Integrated News.
