360 ONE WAM Units To Buy UBS India Onshore Wealth Management Business

360 ONE WAM Ltd. said on Tuesday that will acquire UBS’s onshore wealth management business in India through its subsidiaries, according to a statement to the exchanges.As part of the deal, UBS will purchase warrants to acquire a 4.

95% stake in 360 ONE, the statement said. The agreement is part of an exclusive strategic collaboration that gives clients access to both onshore and offshore wealth management services. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
