The products were produced between April 1-2 and may contain metal fragments. No illnesses or injuries have been reported in connection to the product.

Martinelli’s recalls 170K bottles of apple juice in 28 states, classified as ‘Class II recall’ S. Martinelli & Co. has recalled more than 170,000 bottles of apple juice sold in 28 states due to the presence of patulin, a type of toxin produced by molds, according to the FDA.
The patulin is present in the glass bottles, and drinking the affected apple juice can cause nausea, vomiting and cellular damage. While the FDA did not specify what to do with the adulterated product, the safest thing to do is to discard the product and not consume it. Costco recalls salsa products sold in the northwest U.
S. Costco recalled one of its most popular salsa products due to the presence of foreign objects. According to the recall announcement from San Juan Salsa Company , the recall also included salsa products sold at seven other stores other than Costco.
