On Thursday’s episode of The Pat McAfee Show, Aaron Rodgers shot down Ben Roethlisberger’s Vikings speculation as inaccurate.

Aaron Rodgers’ recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show shed light on what was really happening behind the scenes for the four-time MVP throughout free agency.Rodgers, in hilarious fashion, spent a good part of his time with McAfee denying any and all “inside” information that had been “leaked” about his offseason journey — including Ben Roethlisberger’s Vikings speculation.Big Ben set the NFL rumor mill ablaze when he speculated that Rodgers was secretly holding out for a vacant starting QB spot on the Vikings’ roster — and Rodgers made sure to shoot it down:“There’s been a lot of narratives that have not been anywhere near accurate — starting with the Jets, continuing with something I just read about me pitching something to the Vikings.

I know Ben — I only know this again because Ben was on the show talking about me waiting around for the Vikings — that’s not accurate either.” Rodgers stated. “Yeah, I mean, there’s a lot of silly narratives out there,” Rodgers would later conclude.

Will Roethlisberger respond to Rodgers’ comments on his own podcast, Footbahlin with Ben Roethlisberger, or will Big Ben leave behind his viral Vikings comments for good? This article originally appeared on Steelers Wire: Rodgers: Roethlisberger's Vikings-over-Steelers speculation is wrong.
