Members of council leisure centres in Bolton can now have access to a virtual GP as an add on to their membershiop. Bolton Community Leisure Trust (BCLT) operates, in connection with Serco Leisure, Farnworth Leisure Centre, Horwich Leisure Centre, Leverhulme Park Community Leisure Centre, Sir Jason Kenny Centre and Westhoughton Community Leisure Centre. The MediPartner Virtual GP service is offered by HPD Health Solutions, and will be available to all BCLT members including those accessing the free MORE Membership option.
The website states it costs £4.99 a month. MediPartner also includes a Nurse Support Service, which provides a broad range of help, including support navigating the health system, understanding diagnoses and guidance on rehabilitation and ongoing condition management.
