This service is available through a dedicated website. The ‘SKT AI Survey’ fully automates the entire process from survey question design to response collection and result analysis, utilizing SKT's AI and big data technology.
The service caters to both respondents participating in the surveys and companies or organizations commissioning the surveys. T Membership users can partake in surveys on various topics through the 'Mission' tab in the app and earn T Plus Points for their responses. These points can be used as cash at T Membership partner locations.
SKT can also craft surveys upon external requests, allowing for sophisticated targeted research on specific customer groups. For instance, surveys can be directed at respondents based on their visit history to specific regions or their interest areas like gaming, travel, beauty, or finance. The company plans to publish interesting or socially significant survey results in report form on their website, offering valuable AI-driven insights beyond simple numeric data.
For example, a survey on public awareness of wildfire prevention revealed that only 24% of respondents recognized spring as the highest-risk season, highlighting the need for greater public awareness. These analysis reports can serve as reference materials in various fields, including corporate marketing strategies, academic research, and local government policy formulation. SKT intends to enhance the analysis capabilities of this service by integrating its large language model (LLM), 'A.
X (A.Dot X),' into the platform in the future. The SKT AI Survey also covers a wide range of everyday topics, such as stock market forecasts, real estate trends, cosmetics consumer preferences, and ready-to-eat meal popularity.
Users can freely view the result reports through the website.
