1 All April 30 buffs and nerfs Captain America Doctor Strange Groot Spider-Man Winter Soldier Adam Warlock Cloak & Dagger Luna Snow Mantis Stars Aligned (Captain America – Winter Soldier) While it’s not time for the Marvel Rivals Season 2.5 yet , Netease is still working on keeping the game balanced with its April 30 patch, introducing plenty of buffs and nerfs to key heroes. While players work on completing the exciting events, exploring all the current characters , and of course keeping their eye on the leaked upcoming Ultron and other fighters , Netease is still focusing on making sure the game is fair for all.

Of course, some characters are bound to be stronger than others, but thanks to the April 30 buffs and nerfs, some of your favorite heroes might just go up (or down) in the meta. All April 30 buffs and nerfs Captain America sees a small nerf in the April 30 Marvel Rivals patch . His base health will now be 600, as opposed to the 650 he used to have.

Of course, this isn’t a huge change for the hero, and it’s unlikely to shift his spot in our tier list too much. He’ll likely remain in B-tier , especially since none of his weaker powers have been increased. His changes have been listed below: Reduce base health from 650 to 600.

Just like Captain America, Doctor Strange only gets one change in the April 30 patch, though this time it’s a buff to his Ultimate Ability. The energy cost to unleash his Ultimate, Eye of Agamotto, has decreased from 3400 to 3100. While it’s not a drastic change, this will certainly make it easier for Strange mains to unleash devastating attacks on the enemy and their souls.

His changes have been listed below: Decrease the energy cost to unleash the Eye of Agamotto (Ultimate Ability) from 3400 to 3100. Groot will receive a small nerf to his Ironwood Wall ability. The health of his Ironwood Wall decreased from 700 to 600, meaning you’ll need to be careful when placing it down, as enemies will be able to take it down a lot quicker.

Related Marvel Rivals Season 1.5: All character buffs & nerfs It’s unlikely this will alter Groot’s position as S-tier in Marvel Rivals, but if you want to thrive, you’ll need to keep the lower health in mind. His changes have been listed below: Reduce the health of Ironwood Wall from 700 to 600.

Spider-Man is also receiving a nerf in the April 30 Marvel Rivals patch. The damage range of his Amazing Combo has been decreased from a 5m radius to a 4m radius. Thankfully, the damage hasn’t been changed, but you’ll need to get a little closer if you want to take down the enemy, potentially putting you at risk.

His changes have been listed below: Decrease the damage range of Amazing Combo from a 5m radius to a 4m radius. Bucky has received a buff, with the Winter Soldier seeing his Tainted Voltage ability increased to have two charge levels. On top of this, his cooldown time will be unchanged, meaning you’ll be able to do double the charge with no resistance.

While it has not increased his damage, having two charge levels could make the Winter Soldier even more powerful than he currently is. It remains to be seen whether this will shift him in the meta, but it’s certainly a powerful buff. His changes have been listed below: Adjust the Tainted Voltage ability to have 2 charge levels, while keeping the cooldown time unchanged.

Adam Warlock has also received a pretty major change. His Quantum Magic ability has been given a brand new effect. When you land a critical hit, the cooldown time of your Avatar Life Stream will be reduced by 1 second.

This is a huge change for the hero, especially as a healer. Currently, he sits in C-tier in our tier list, but if his Avatar Life Stream ends up having a quicker cooldown, it could just give him the boost he needs. His changes have been listed below: Add a new effect to Quantum Magic: When a critical hit lands on an enemy, reduce the cooldown time of Avatar Life Stream by 1s.

Both Cloak and Dagger have been given a buff in the latest patch. Cloak’s Darkforce Cloak will now have increased damage, from 75 per second to 80 per second. Then, Dagger’s damage has also increased.

Her Lightforce Dagger will now deal 18 damage instead of the original 15. There’s nothing bad about a little damage increase, especially for Cloak & Dagger. It’s likely not enough to shift the meta, but given they’re already S-tier, this pair are about to get even more powerful.

Their changes have been listed below: As Cloak, increase the damage of the Darkforce Cloak from 75/s to 80/s; As Dagger, increase the damage of the Lightforce Dagger on hit from 15 to 18. While Luna Snow’s damage hasn’t exactly increased, the Damage Falloff of her Light & Dark Ice ability has been decreased. Where the damage used to drop off from 60% at 40m, it’ll now be changed to 75%.

It’s not a huge change, and is unlikely to completely alter Luna Snow, especially given her position as a Strategist. Her changes have been listed below: Adjust the Damage Falloff of Light & Dark Ice from 60% at 40m to 75%. Complementing Luna Snow and Cloak & Dagger’s buffs, Mantis has also seen an increase in her damage.

Particularly in her Life Energy Blast ability. Instead of doing 50 damage, it now deals 55. Five extra points of damage isn’t huge, but it’s nothing to ignore.

She won’t usually get the most kills, but it’ll keep her empowered and holding her own for longer. Her changes have been listed below: Increase the hit damage of Life Energy Blast from 50 to 55. The team-up ability between Captain America and the Winter Soldier has been adjusted, receiving a pretty useful buff for all affected heroes.

When using Stellar Impact, you’ll be able to offer 50 Bonus Health to your allies within range, potentially saving lives or just giving them the healing they’re begging for. The Team-Up changes have been listed below: Upon leaping to a teammate, Stellar Impact will provide 50 Bonus Health to allies within range. So, those are all the April 30 changes for Marvel Rivals.
