During certain times of the year, hanging out with family and friends should be an indoor activity. But when the temperature exceeds a certain mark, it’s sure nice having options to take it outside. Sometimes that’s the front or backyard.
But for other people, there’s a more elevated outdoor living space. And in a scenic location, a special place to enjoy the fresh air only makes sense. That’s what’s seen in the Amelia by Baywest Homes.
This 3,212-square-foot estate model is now displayed as a show home in the striking northwest Calgary community of Rockland Park. The home has five bedrooms and 31⁄2 bathrooms and a spacious side-drive triple-car garage. In the garage, there’s room for a workshop.
Flanking the large rear-facing great room are two decks, each offering a valuable contribution. There’s a b arbecue deck on one side and covered deck on the other.
