Adah Anita “Toni” F. Kotlarsic Labons, 89, of Adah, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025, in WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, with her loving family by her side. Adah Anita “Toni” F. Kotlarsic Labons, 89, of Adah, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025, in WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, with her loving family by her side. She was born October 10, 1935, in Shady Grove, a daughter of Andrew and Mary Saflarsky Kotlarsic.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Labons; brother, Jerry Kotlarsic; sister, JoAnne Langanke. Toni is survived by her children: John Labons and wife Sharon of Moseley, Va.



; and Eric Labons of Adah; eight grandchildren: Tara Mays, Joseph Labons, Alexandra Cooper, Andrew Labons, Elizabeth Shelley, John Labons, Cade Labons and Maxine Labons; stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Miller, Brandon Samuel; sister, Carolyn Perrett of Chardon, Ohio; and brother, Andrew Kotlasic and wife Lucy of Chardon; along with five great- grandchildren, Damian, Rose, John, Steven, Ezra; and three stepgreat- grandchildren, Chase, Palmer and Blake. Toni owned and operated the Anita Labon’s Beauty Shop for 35 years. She was also a member of St.

Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Footedale. She was a former member of Holy Rosary and Church of Madonna, where she was very active as a Christian Mother, Carmelite and participated in the choir. Toni sponsored 4H organization from Thompson 1, volunteered for Albert Gallatin Hospice and Mt.

Macrina Gift Shop. Toni’s family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Tuesday, April 22, in the KISH-FABRY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 19 Legion Street, Republic, where Prayers of Transfer will be prayed at 9:15 a.m.

followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, in St.

Francis of Assisi (Footedale Worship Center) R.C. Church, Footedale.
