Anupamaa TV serial starring Rupali Ganguly is among the top five on TRP chart. The show has been entertaining the masses for a while now. Over the years and episodes, fans have seen Anupamaa transforming into a confident woman from a docile housewife whose husband cheated on her.
In the recent episodes of the show, we see Anu getting dragged into the drama revolving around the Kotharis and Raghav. She now has to choose between her daughter's happiness and justice. For the unversed, Raghav (Manish Goel) was imprisoned over false allegations.
He was married to daughter of Vasundhara Kothari - Pankhuri. Kotharis conspired against Raghav and sent him to jail on accusation of Pankhuri's murder. But she is alive and in the US.
Now, Raghav wants to reopen the case and fight for justice. He seeks Anupamaa's (Rupali Ganguly) help. However, she is torn between her daughter Rahi and Raghav.
Rahi is married to Prem Kothari. She is the daughter-in-law of the Kothari house. In today's episode of Anupamaa, we see that Anu makes a shocking request to Raghav.
She states that he should not reopen the case as it won't do any good. She mentions that neither Kotharis nor Pankhuri are affected by it. The only person who will suffer is Raghav's mother.
She asks Raghav to start afresh by forgetting the past. However, he refuses to accept Anu's advice. He says that he wants justice and asks Anu whether she will support him or not.
Meanwhile, Vasundhara manipulates Rahi against mother Anu. Rahi is trying to be the doting 'bahu' of the Kothari mansion. She asks Vasundhara whether she is upset with her.
Vasundhara states that she isn't upset with Rahi but is angry at Anu as she accused her in front of everyone. Now it is Rahi vs Anu. Further, in the episode, fans get to see that Prem encourages Rahi to join him in his plan to visit Anu ki Rasoi.
However, she refuses. Vasundhara gets happy as she successfully managed to create rift between daughter and mother. On the other hand, Aryan-Mahi's drama also drew some attention.
Aryan likes Mahi but she is simply pretending to care for him as she wants to be close to Prem. In the upcoming episode, fans will get to see Kinjal being in trouble. Gautam will reveal to all that she stole from the company.
Anu can save her from going to jail by convincing Raghav to withdraw the case. However, Kinjal lands up in jail and once again, Anu is at the centre of all the blame game..
