Summerville-area athletes had some respectable finishes April 11-12 during a track and field meet that included approximately 200 schools from several states. Summerville’s Warren Nelson placed ninth in the boys high jump with a 1.88-meter leap during the All-American Track Classic hosted by Spring Valley.
Nick Alberti placed 31st in the one-mile run with a 4:28.31 time. David Greer placed 31st in the 3,200 meter run with a 9:33.
72 time. Summerville’s Camryn Dillings placed 22nd in the girls 200 with a 25.36 time.
Addilyn Elrod placed 12th in the pole vault with a 3.2-meter vault. A’zedah Anderson placed 22nd in the 200 with a 25.

Fort Dorchester’s Lailah Holman placed sixth in the girls high jump with a 1.57-meter leap. Christian Krueger placed 10th in the boys pole vault with a 4.
