This breakfast taco recipe from Bachelor in Paradise's Wells Adams has a healthy twist. "I have two brothers and a father who love to cook - it was a thing we did growing up together," he told The Hallmark Channel. "And now I guess I'm a cook.

" His cooking persona takes on an old Southern accent, where the California boy went to school and raves the "best food" hails from. The 39-year-old – who has been married to actress Sarah Hyland since 2022 after dating for nearly five years – says this recipe was born out of a desire to make a gluten-free alternative to a breakfast taco due to his poor tolerance of the wheat protein, which can cause inflammation. "Obviously protein is good, I try to work out, so I think this is a good way to start the day and not be a 'gut-bomb' with a bunch of bread and gluten," he adds.

Alternatively, he also shared his go-to breakfast sandwich that he makes while nursing a hangover as well as his signature summer cocktail .
