B.C. short-term rental registry deadline pushed back

Short-term rental operators were supposed to start declaring their units as of May 1, but B.C. has now pushed that date back a month. Despite that, B.C.'s housing minister insists the new rules are working and lowering rents across the province. Katie DeRosa reports.
