Black smoke billowed from a fire at a vacant building in Oakland, California, on Wednesday, April 30, as 30 firefighters tackled the blaze.Oakland Fire Department Battalion Chief James Bowron said the building had caught fire about six times in the last two years, and was red-tagged by the city.Firefighters arrived at 2:50 pm and were able to get the blaze under control within an hour.An investigator was on site to determine the cause of the fire.
