Josh Allen and the Bills need more help by most accounts to knock off Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs as the top franchise in the AFC with Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson and other top quarterbacks hot on the Bills' heels. On Wednesday, the Bills doubled down on their new additions to the team as they agreed to terms with a receiver whose name will be familiar to AFC football fans.
