CCAP Nkhoma Synod cracks down on rogue pastors

By Chisomo PhiriBLANTYRE-(Maravi Post)-The CCAP Nkhoma Synod has warned its pastors against conducting independent ceremonies without the synod’s approval.This follows a prayer service that some synod’s pastors conducted yesterday at the home of former president Peter Mutharika in Mangochi.CCAP Nkhoma Synod disowns visiting pastors to APM’s Page HouseIn a letter seen by this publication,Synod Secretary Reverend Vasco Kachipapa states that of the 53 pastors present, the synod recognizes Reverends Wyson Chiwaula (retired), Jacob Kadzakumanja, Sydney Phula Banda, Chifuniro Damalankhunda, Staffold Makuta, Sitiyoni Mtama, and Reverend DC Kawanga (removed from office in 2020).
