A 27-year-old woman from France ignored a cancer warning from ChatGPT only to get an official confirmation from doctors nearly a year later. She is now undergoing cancer treatment.

In another shocking news pertaining to the AI chatbot a 27-year-old woman from France revealed that she had brushed aside a cancer warning from the artificial intelligence chatbot only to find doctors confirm the same diagnosis nearly one year later. According to reports, Marly Garnreiter, who lives in Paris, was experiencing symptoms of persistent night sweats and itchy skin in early 2024. However she dismissed the symptoms as stress and grief which may have followed after the passing of her father, from colon cancer.

During the time, her blood tests also did not reveal anything unusual. However, she decided to take a different approach and consulted Chatgpt.In the most shocking revelation, the AI chatbot suggested she might have blood cancer.



“It said I had blood cancer,” she told the media. “My friends were skeptical and said I should rely on real doctors.” She was also convinced that it was an overreaction, Garnreiter moved on-until her condition worsened.

However, after many months, her symptoms continued to worsen. She was experiencing increasing fatigue and chest pain following which she returned to the doctors. This time, scans revealed a large mass on her left lung.

The final diagnosis: Hodgkin lymphoma, a type of blood cancer that originates in the white blood cells. It was the same condition ChatGPT had pointed to nearly a year earlier.She said in a statement to the media, “I felt like everything was unfair.

I didn’t want my family to go through this again,” right when she prepared to begin chemotherapy in the month of March. This incident happened roughly a year after she lost her father.Currently, Garnreiter is undergoing cancer treatment with determination.

She says that she hopes her story serves as a reminder to others. “It’s really important to listen to our bodies. Sometimes we lose touch with our inner self,” said Garnreiter.
