Ang alkalde ko po ay si Yorme Isko Moreno Domagoso at siya lang ang nag-iisang alkalde. Kaya para sa akin dapat tinatanggal ang mga ganito (na poster),” Atienza said in a Facebook live on Saturday evening, April 26.(That’s a violation for me because he’s not my mayor.

My mayor is Yorme Isko Moreno Domagoso, and he’s the one and only mayor. So, for me, these posters should be taken down.)Atienza clarified that the posters were not from her camp and urged those behind them to stop associating her with Verzosa.

She stressed that she remains firmly allied with Moreno. Verzosa is running without a vice mayoral candidate. Atienza spotted some of the posters while passing along Del Pilar Street.

Similar materials have been seen in other parts of Manila, the aspiring vice mayor said. Atienza, a broadcast journalist, is the youngest daughter of former Manila mayor and Buhay Partylist representative Lito Atienza. She currently serves as the director of Kababaihan ng Maynila, a group that empowers women in the city through livelihood programs.

She finished political science major in governance at De La Salle University. Her sister Manila 3rd District Councilor Maile Atienza is seeking reelection under Moreno’s ally-turned-rival incumbent mayor Honey Lacuna. – Rappler.
