Every dish we serve is made with care — simple, fresh and full of heart. What began as a small spot on Anchor Road has gently grown into something more: a place where people feel at home. Over time, we’ve come to recognise many familiar faces.
Some pop in on their way home, others pick up something warm to share with family. What begins as a simple takeaway often becomes a small, comforting part of their day — and being included in that, even quietly, means a lot to us. This recognition isn’t only about food.
It’s about the conversations shared while waiting, the smiles exchanged at the counter and the comforting feeling of knowing you’re always welcome here. Being shortlisted for Fish and Chips of the Year is a lovely surprise. It’s a quiet reminder that what we do every day with care, consistency and a bit of warmth is appreciated.
This recognition isn’t just about food. It’s about being part of someone’s everyday moment: a lunch break, a family tradition, or a treat at the end of a long day. And if joy can be served in a paper box, we’ll keep doing just that.
