Cindy L. Brown OBITUARY Cindy L. Brown, 79, passed away peacefully while in the loving care of her family and hospice, at her home in Moore Township on Friday, April 25, 2025.

She and her husband, Richard, observed their 61st wedding anniversary on March 14. Born and raised in Moore Township, Cindy was a daughter of the late Herbert C. and Grace E.



(Kocher) Silfies. She was a graduate of Northampton High School, class of 1963. Known for her exemplary work ethic, Cindy enjoyed a rewarding career with Northampton School District that spanned 35 years at Moore Elementary School as a secretary, before retiring.

She was formerly an active member of Christ Church United Church of Christ in Danielsville, and she was a former member of Salem United Church of Christ of Moorestown. Although a talented baker and gardener, Cindy’s precious pastime was spending time with her children and grandchildren, where she delighted in her motherly and grandmotherly pleasures proudly hosting family gatherings. Survivors: In addition to her devoted and loving husband, Richard, she will be dearly missed by her three children, Rhonda L.

Gaetaniello and companion, Scott Roth, of Moore Township, Ty E. Brown and wife, Payson, of Evergreen, Colorado, and Jennifer G. Ward and husband, Dale, of Chesapeake, Virginia; six grandchildren, Anthony, Andrew, Caden, Gage, Saylor and Baylee; a sister, Carol Siegfried and husband, Donald, of Coplay; a brother, Edward H.

Silfies and wife, Ginger, of Spring Mills, PA; along with many nieces and nephews and their families. Cindy was predeceased by a sister, Jane L. Daubert.

Services: A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in the GEORGE G.

BENSING FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, in the Village of Moorestown – Bath, PA 18014. Friends and Relatives are invited to call on Thursday evening from 6:00 P.

M. to 8:00 P.M.

, and Friday morning from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.

M. Casual attire is preferred. Burial will be private.
