“He asked me to pass a message along to all 32 franchises.“Let me tell you what it reads here, alright?”Matthews then opened an envelope and read out a message.The 38-year-old continued “It says ‘My fellow Americans, the Bears still suck.

'”His words drew huge cheers from the home fans in attendance.The Packers and Chicago Bears are fierce rivals in the NFC North division. Matthews’ fellow Packers legends on stage like Mason Crosby and James Jones seemed to enjoy his remark.

As did rapper Lil Wayne, who is a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan.NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was also on the stage for the moment.But his reaction to the off-script moment wasn’t captured on camera.
