Kuchinda: A local college professor has been arrested and produced in court for allegedly deceiving a woman after promising marriage. Dileswar Behera, professor of Kolheipali College in Kuchinda in the Sambalpur district is accused of luring the woman into a physical relationship with false promises of marriage.When the woman demanded marriage, he allegedly backed out, prompting her to file a complaint with Kuchinda police.
