A Twisted Adventure Awaits in Cooking CompanionsSerenity Forge and Deer Dream Studios have launched their psychological horror visual novel Cooking Companions on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. Combining unsettling suspense with a dating sim twist, the game invites players into a deceptively charming but ultimately disturbing experience, now showcased in a new launch trailer. Check it out for yourself right below.
Set in the remote Tatras Mountains, Cooking Companions follows a group of friends stranded in a secluded cabin. As the floodwaters rise and supplies run low, players must navigate a series of increasingly difficult decisions. Relationships are key.
Some might save you. Others could lead to a far grimmer outcome. Players are free to explore the cabin, deepen bonds, and unearth the grim secrets hiding beneath the surface.
Rooted in Eastern European folklore, this multi-ending visual novel features rich lore, collectible secrets, and now 15 newly added fully animated cutscenes. The console version includes full localization in English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. These additions are also available on PC as a free update.
For collectors, Serenity Forge has also announced a Cooking Companions Premium Physical Edition for PlayStation 5. Priced at 39.99 dollars, it includes a physical copy of the game, illustrated inner covers, reversible chipboard standees of the Chompettes, a glitter sticker sheet, and a lenticular kitchen conversion card.
Pre-orders are open now at the Serenity Forge Store, Amazon, and Walmart.SOURCEThe post Cooking Companions Brings Psychological Horror Dating Sim to Consoles Today appeared first on COGconnected..
