Cotton On Group CFO Michael Hardwick is selling his home at 878 High St, Armadale. The architect-designed and award-nominated Armadale house of Cotton On Group chief financial officer Michael Hardwick has hit the market. Behind a facade built in 1888 is the five-bedroom residence Long Croft at 878 High St , which even includes the home’s original stables.
Mr Hardwick and his wife Diana bought the property in 2016, and have listed it with a $12.5m-$13.75m price tag.

Diana said they basically stripped the home back to its bare bones and added a modern extension but kept the majority of the original floorplan. “We did a huge renovation; we re-roofed, we re-floored, we rewired, we re-plumbed, we put in a basement, we moved the pool and renovated every room,” she said.
