CATSKILL — CREATE Council on the Arts announced the arts grants awardees of 2025 Statewide Community Regrant (SCR) program, funding artists and organizations who are seeking to creatively engage their communities through projects in the arts in Columbia, Greene and Schoharie counties. Grants of $1,500-$5,000 are awarded in three project areas: Community projects, artist commissions for individual artists, and arts education. The SCR awards are provided through a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by CREATE Council on the Arts, CREATE received over 100 applications requesting funds for a wide variety of arts projects and cultural activations.
