Take a Look at Cronos: The New DawnBloober Team, known for the SILENT HILL 2 remake, has released the first full gameplay trailer for Cronos: The New Dawn, its original survival horror title. The trailer introduces THE MERGE, a unique mechanic where fallen enemies, if not burned, return in a more terrifying form by merging with others. These evolving creatures become stronger, faster, and far more dangerous, turning every battle into a desperate fight for survival.

The game will launch later this year on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.The story unfolds across two timelines: a ruined post-apocalyptic future and 1980s Poland. Players enter New Dawn, a crumbling district inspired by Nowa Huta.



You play as a Traveller, an agent of the Collective, sent from the future to extract important individuals before the world ends. As you navigate this collapsing reality, you’ll face horrifying enemies called Orphans. These grotesque creatures are born from the darkest corners of human imagination.

The trailer also reveals intense combat, featuring brutal weapons and terrifying enemy variants. Mysterious characters appear throughout the story, each hiding their own motives and secrets. The world, distorted by strange anomalies, creates a surreal atmosphere where nothing feels safe.

The narrative unfolds through cryptic details, slowly building a sense of unease and dread.The game’s soundtrack adds to the tension as well. Composer Arkadiusz Reikowski teamed up with the Polish-Ukrainian folk band Zazula, to deliver a unique blend of traditional vocals with eerie synth elements.
