Among classic suits and varsity jackets were a number of looks from announcers on NFL draft Night 2 that earned some extra points.Here were a few of 'em: Owen Daniels in Texans (and Badgers) colorOwen Daniels sported a pixilated-looking suit jacket in shades of red — the color of two of his former teams: The Wisconsin Badgers and the Houston Texans.Daniels completed the loud look with bold blue pants, a white collared shirt and a blue pocket square with white polka dots.



He announced Texans selections Jayden Higgins and Aireontae Ersery.Daniels was a fourth-round pick by the Texans after his time with Wisconsin. He'd go on to play 10 NFL seasons, during which he made two Pro Bowls, racked up 5,661 receiving yards and 36 touchdowns, and won a Super Bowl with the Broncos.

.Melvin Gordon, a Kenosha Bradford alum and former Badger, repped a blue Brewers half-zip jacket on stage with a pair of jeans and a Chargers hat. The Crew and the Chargers do basically sport the same colors.

"I'm not a Brewers fan, but I need to know where Melvin Gordon got that pullover," one X user posted. During his time with Wisconsin, Gordon was a Heisman Trophy runner-up. He spent nine years in the NFL, during which he made two Pro Bowls with the Chargers.

We also need to take a moment for the cowboy hat the former Badger was sporting. The Mondovi High School alumnus made three All-Big Ten teams and led UW in tackles all four seasons he played, ranking him still among the three best tacklers in school history. With Cincinnati, he twice made an All-Pro team and spent 12 years in the league.
