” Talking to PEOPLE as she graces the cover of their World's Most Beautiful issue, Demi also opened up about her feelings for ex-husband Bruce Willis amid his ongoing battle with frontotemporal dementia. Demi has been ever-present as part of her blended family since Bruce, 70, was diagnosed in 2023. Demi, alongside her children with Bruce, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, and his current wife Emma Heming-Willis and their daughters Mabel and Evelyn, have all rallied around the Die Hard star to support him.

Now, Demi, 62, has admitted what she cherishes most when it comes to her relationship with Bruce after they split in 2000 after 13 years of marriage.
