Drink driving Lajos Kakusci, aged 24, drove a Vauxhall Vivaro van on St Helens Road in Bolton with 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on March 19, 2021, which is over the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Kakusci, of Dinsdale Drive, Bolton, was brought before Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on April 4, having pleaded guilty.

He was fined £405 and was disqualified from driving for three years. Drunk and disorderly Attila Gligorovics, aged 57, was drunk and disorderly on November 7 last year in Bolton. Gligorovics, of Park Street, Bolton, pleaded guilty before Wigan and Leigh Magistrates'.



He was fined £40. Driving without license/insurance Jan Olah, aged 43, drove a Ford Focus on Dobson Road, Bolton, on June 12 last year without a license or insurance. Olah, of Curzon Road, Bolton, was prosecuted at Manchester Magistrates' Court on February 28.

He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a £176 surcharge and £120 costs. Olah was also given a nine month driving disqualification. Lewis, of Bolton Road, Westhoughton was prosecuted at Tameside Magistrates' Court on March 20. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £88, as well as £120 costs. Failing to give information identifying a driver Roman Bihari, aged 51, failed to give information relating to the identity of a driver of a Seat on April 10 last year.

Bihari, of Wigan Road, Bolton, was prosecuted at Manchester Magistrates' on January 24. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a £264 surcharge and £120 costs. He was also given six points on his license.
