Eataly to Launch Fast-Casual Caffè at Rockefeller Center and Hudson Yards, Expands to JFK Airport with Three New Locations

Eataly is launching a new fast-casual café at Rockefeller Center on May 15, with further expansion planned at Hudson Yards and JFK airport in 2025.

Eataly is officially growing its presence in New York City with a new wave of locations designed to appeal to both busy locals and travelers. Eataly Caffè, a fast-casual spinoff of the popular Italian marketplace, will open at Rockefeller Center on May 15, offering everything from espresso to gelato tailored to the city’s fast pace. According to Time Out New York, a second location is also planned for Hudson Yards, with its opening date expected to be announced later this spring.

Eataly Caffè will offer a streamlined menu featuring Italian items such as Roman-style pizza, artisan panini, various pasta options, and gelato. To support faster service, Eataly is introducing an app that includes features like exclusive item availability, a rewards program, and order tracking. Eataly North America CEO Tommaso Brusò was quoted by Time Out New York expressing his excitement: "We are incredibly excited to inaugurate our very first Eataly Caffè locations, especially in the city that welcomed us stateside nearly 15 years ago.



"For those traveling through JFK Airport, Eataly plans to open three new locations in Terminals 4, 5, and 8 sometime in 2025, according to Eater New York. Prices at these airport outposts are expected to align with the broader trend of rising food costs in airport dining.Furthermore, the airport locations will be operated by HMSHost, with pricing expected to reflect standard airport rates.
