Commercial property practice Savills is selling Nutts Corner Enterprise Park on Moira Road outside Antrim on behalf of seller Simon Hamill of HL Estates. Savills described the location as “ideal” as it’s close to Nutts Corner Roundabout and Belfast International Airport. It’s also close to major warehouse developments such as catering giant Sysco Ireland’s new £23m distribution centre, which is close to completion.
Logistics company Hannon Group has planning permission for a £22m storage and distribution centre nearby. Existing businesses nearby include Lidl’s regional distribution centre, materials company Cosentino and D Beattie Distribution. And plant machinery company Tamar Selby, owned by Euro Auctions Group, also has plans for a £20m warehouse in the area.
Part of the land has planning permission for mixed use development, Savills said. It added: “The vendor has given the opportunity for the site to be sold with vacant possession or with the benefit of occupiers remaining onsite.” More details of the tenants of the site are available upon request, Savills said.
Savills surveyor Alex Pelan added: “This sale offers a rare opportunity to acquire a potential development site benefiting from short-term income...
"The property includes several warehouse/storage buildings and office space currently occupied by commercial tenants. "The vendor is open to selling the site either with tenants in place or with vacant possession, offering flexibility for investors or developers. “Strategically located by the busy Nutt's Corner roundabout and close to Belfast International Airport, the site enjoys superb connectivity to the wider road network.
"Due to the location and the significant investment which the area has seen over the last number years, we expect the property to attract a significant amount of interest.” The park is being readvertised for sale after first being marketed for the same asking price in September 2024..
