So, what has changed? Several factors contribute to this phenomenon: fast-paced lifestyles, poor diets, high stress, lack of sleep, and overuse of technology.



Additionally, the rising use of quick weight-loss drugs like Ozempic, often without medical supervision, can lead to sudden, unhealthy changes in appearance. Social media also exerts pressure, promoting unrealistic body standards and encouraging an obsession with appearance over health. As a result, many young people are resorting to shortcuts without understanding the long-term consequences.
