Several reports of cold air funnels have been received across the state today.

Several reports of cold air funnels have been received across the state today.An upper level low continues to bring low rain chances into early Wednesday evening. It will be with us through Thursday.

Concerning the funnels, they are generally harmless. If they reach the ground, it’s considered a landspout and 40 to 60 mph winds are possible. This slow moving storm system will be moving east of our area on Thursday with improving weather.



By the weekend, highs will warm into the 70s and low 80s with sunshine.Our next chance of severe weather will be next Wednesday into next weekend.-Meteorologist Aaron Brackett.
