Fire Breaks On The Sets Of Dhanush's Idly Kadai In Tamil Nadu

Fire broke out on the set of actor Dhanush’s upcoming Tamil film Idly Kadai in Anupapatti village in Tamil Nadu’s Theni district. The cause behind the fire is currently unknown. Idly Kadai, directed and co-produced by Dhanush, also stars him in the lead role.

Fire Breaks Out On The Sets Of Idly Kadai According to ANI, no injuries have been reported. The elaborate set of Dhanush’s film Idly Kadai was made to resemble a street lined with shops and houses, had been left untouched after the production recently shifted to a new location. With plans underway to resume filming soon, the unexpected fire poses a delay in wrapping the film's shoot.



A few days ago, Arun Vijay, Sathyaraj and Pratiban travelled to Bangkok to complete a schedule of the film. Sources suggest Arun Vijay will be seen playing the antagonist, with a high-stakes face-off with Dhanush’s character—which is likely to be one of the film’s major highlights. Arun Vijay also took to social media, posting a pic of himself on a flight with actors Parthiban and Sathyaraj.

Fun times!!” Recently, Dhanush shared a poster of the film and announced that it will release in theatres on October 1. Idly Kadai features Dhanush, Nithya Menen, Arun Vijay, Shalini Pandey, Prakash Raj, and Rajkiran in lead roles. Jointly produced by Wunderbar Films and Dawn Pictures, the film is distributed by Red Giant Movies.
