Gamecock men's basketball transfer reverses course, will return to USC

COLUMBIA — The door to the transfer portal revolves. Cam Scott, a ballyhooed freshman from Lexington who signed with Texas only to ask for a release and then stay home to play for South Carolina, entered the portal on April 1 after sparse playing time. Turns out he was just vacationing.
