Gas prices stable nationally and locally

PLATTSBURGH — The national average price of gasoline remained unchanged compared to a week ago at $3.10 per gallon, and in New York state, prices were also unchanged, at $3.04.

According to GasBuddy data, the national average is up 3.8 cents from a month ago but 52.6 cents lower than a year ago and in New York State, 1.
