Two New Hampshire senators from opposing parties are urging Gov. Kelly Ayotte to consider raising toll prices for the first time in 15 years. Sen.
David Watters and Sen. Mark McConkey said the increase would primarily affect out-of-state drivers. Watters and McConkey said two major highway projects are at risks of not being completed without "needed revenue enhancement," including the expansion of Interstate 93 through Bow and Concord and new exits 6 and 7 on Interstate 293 in Manchester.
