HDFC Bank Announces Dividend Of Rs 22 For 2024-25; Check Record Date, Payment Date

HDFC Bank's Q4 standalone net profit rises 6.68 per cent YoY to Rs 17,616.14 crore during the fourth quarter ended March 2025.

HDFC Bank on Saturday said its board has recommended a dividend of Rs 22 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive the said dividend is Friday, June 27, 2025. The lender on Saturday announced its Q4 financial results.



Its standalone net profit rose 6.68 per cent YoY to Rs 17,616.14 crore during the fourth quarter ended March 2025.

“The Board also recommended a dividend of Rs. 22 per equity share of Re 1 each fully paid up (i.e.

2200 per cent) for the FY 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The record date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive the said dividend is Friday, June 27, 2025," HDFC Bank said in a BSE filing. (The story will be updated).
