The Norwich City defender moved to Edgeley Park in pursuit of more first-team football having spent the opening half of the campaign in and around Johannes Hoff Thorup’s squad. Since joining Dave Challinor’s side, Hills has become a key part of their defensive set up, emerging as a fans favourite in the process. Despite plenty of positive performances and bright moments, that first goal had alluded Hills until he nodded home the second in a 3-1 win against Rotherham to edge Stockport closer to the League One play-offs.
“I think it was the second phase, but I was knackered. I was like, please, put it in the box. I couldn't be bothered to run back, so I just stayed up there and put a great ball in.
Luckily, it fell on my head and I put it in. It's a good feeling. ”it's always nice to score goals.
It adds a little bit of value on your head. So, it's good. Hopefully, I'll notch a few more now I've got one,” the City defender said.
“it's a nice feeling to be at a place where you feel like you're wanted, and you're loved. It's a good bond I have with them, and hopefully I'll be able to score a few more.” Brad Hills spent the opening half of the season in Johannes Hoff Thorup’s squad.

I'm an adult now, and it's my career,” Hills told Stockport’s channels.
“As soon as I came in here, everyone was talking about promotion. I think it's doable. It's a hard task, but it's achievable.
We're taking it game by game, and hopefully come the end of the season we're somewhere near the top. “We're at the right end of the table at the minute. We just take game by game.
We know if we play the way we can play, we'll give ourselves a right good chance. It's there, so we've just got to take it now.”.
