Peoria's healthcare landscape just leveled up with the ribbon cutting of the new HonorHealth Medical Campus. This facility, stretching over 100,000 square feet and conveniently situated on 83rd Avenue north of Thunderbird Road, promises to bring a wealth of medical services to the local community.During a ceremony on April 9, the Peoria City Council, alongside HonorHealth executives, sliced through the ceremonial ribbon, marking a new chapter in community healthcare.

The campus, just a stone's throw east of the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway, will offer residents access to cancer care, primary care, physical therapy, gastroenterology, breast surgery, outpatient surgery, and medical imaging. With a broad range of services under one roof, residents' healthcare needs look set to be well served.According to the City of Peoria's announcement, the state-of-the-art campus is not just about convenience; it's about bringing cutting-edge healthcare services closer to people's homes.

This is crucial for a growing city, easing the strain on patients and families who would otherwise travel further afield for comprehensive medical care. The community anticipates that services will be open to the public by early May, ushering in a new era of care..
