With so many closing across the country, borrowing an existing one might seem like the easy option but according to an entrepreneur I met recently that is the last thing anyone would consider doing. He and a group of investors are hoping to add to the social scene with a new hostelry close to one of the busy court houses in Northern Ireland. The theme of the venue will reflect the district, and they are planning to have different levels in the building similar to old fashioned courtrooms with a jury area for dining, a public gallery for music and more basic seating for the accused.
