Bengaluru : In a shocking incident that occurred in Bengaluru, an Indian Air Force officer and his wife were allegedly attacked by a group of men on Sunday evening.

The Wing Commander, Shiladitya Bose, shared the details of the attack in a video where he can be seen with injuries and blood on his body. Bose and his wife, Squadron Leader Madhumita, were driving to the airport from the DRDO Colony in CV Raman Nagar when the encounter took place. In the video, he explained, “This morning, my wife was driving us to the airport when a bike approached from behind and blocked our car.



The rider began shouting at us in Kannada. When he noticed the DRDO sticker on my car, he yelled that we were ‘DRDO people’ and continued to shout in Kannada.” “When I stepped out of the car, he hit me on the head with a key, which caused bleeding.

I shouted back, asking how they could treat members of the Indian Army this way,” he said. “Unexpectedly, more people gathered and began verbally abusing us, claiming we were doing wrong. One individual picked up a stone and started throwing it at my car.

When I tried to intervene, he hit me on the head with the stone, and I was left bleeding,” he added. “Fortunately, my wife was there to help me back into the car. We then went to the police station and are now headed to the hospital,” Shiladitya said.
