Intoxicated driver passes out in car stopped in the middle of Brookpark Road in Brook Park

BROOK PARK, Ohio -- An intoxicated Parma Heights man, 38, was arrested at about 11 a.m. April 18 after he passed out in the driver’s seat of a Subaru Legacy stopped in the middle of the street.

Another driver called police about the man. When police arrived, they saw the Legacy facing eastbound on Brookpark. It was in the left lane to turn northbound onto West 150th Street.
