The ITCZ will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Surigao del Sur, Davao Oriental, Davao Occidental, Sarangani, Sultan Kudarat, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be seen over the rest of the Philippines due to the easterlies.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of said weather conditions. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters will be felt over the country. Temperatures in the Philippines will range from a minimum of 23.
